MAF Background Screening (BGS) has created this privacy statement in order to document and communicate its commitment to conducting business with the highest ethical standards and appropriate internal controls. This Privacy Policy describes the privacy policies applicable to BGS’s websites.
Information Gathered
You may visit our site anonymously; however, if you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form, BGS collects information from you. When ordering or registering on our site, you may be asked to enter specific identifiable information about yourself including: name, e-mail address, mailing and billing address, phone number or credit card information. Additional sensitive information requests would be required to be completed if you are requesting identifiable product services through use of our service providing partner websites.
